DAV is an organization of veterans helping veterans.
The reasons are as individual as our members. Some join for the fellowship at our more than 1,200 local chapters. Some for the inspiring national events. Others for opportunities to serve their fellow veterans and their families. And many join to continue the fight to support the rights and benefits of all veterans. DAV understands the needs of veterans because we are veterans—1 million strong. We invite you to join our cause.
CONNECT WITH DAV
Tune in to DAV Patriot Boot Camp’s 2026 Alumni Accelerator where select veteran entrepreneurs compete for $10,000 in non-dilutive funds for their businesses.
Each contestant will have four minutes to pitch their business, followed by four minutes of questions from our panelists. After everyone has pitched, attendees and viewers at home will have the chance to vote for the business they think should win.
Stick around for the entire livestream to hear from all our veteran entrepreneurs!
For the second year in a row, J&P Cycles is supporting our nation’s veterans, their families and caregivers in honor of Veterans Day! J&P Cycles will be donating $3 for every online purchase from Nov. 1–11, with a minimum donation of $25,000, to help fund DAV’s no-cost veteran programs and services. We’re so grateful for their generous support of DAV’s mission.
Last call to make sure your race packet arrives in time for the Virtual DAV 5K! 📦
Today, Oct. 21, is the final day to register to ensure you receive your packet in time for the virtual event, happening Nov. 7–11.
Then all that’s left is to pick your route, lace up and show us how you’re supporting America’s veterans from wherever you are.

Great businesses aren't built alone. Day two of the DAV Patriot Boot Camp Alumni Accelerator put that idea into action. 🤝
Returning Patriot Boot Camp alumni spent the day sharpening their negotiation skills, connecting with experienced mentors and tackling the challenges that come with growing a business.
Sessions led by Sean Mangan, Director of Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic for the University of Cincinnati's entrepreneurship team, explored negotiations, while dedicated mentor sessions gave founders opportunities to work through questions and gain new perspectives while making valuable connections.
The day wrapped with a Deal Room Pitch workshop to help entrepreneurs strengthen how they communicate their business vision and opportunities.
This special alumni gathering builds on the foundation participants established during previous Patriot Boot Camp cohorts, giving them another opportunity to learn from experts and one another as their businesses evolve.
