USAA provides insurance, investing and banking solutions to members of the U.S. military and veterans who have served and their families. USAA’s mission is to facilitate the financial security of its members by offering a full range of financial products and services. The partnership with USAA supports DAV in keeping its promise to America’s veterans.
Gold Partners
A&W Restaurants
Just like DAV, A&W was established after World War I, serving its first frosty mugs of root beer at a parade honoring WWI veterans. To show appreciation for those who have sacrificed so much for our country, A&W’s restaurants collect donations to benefit DAV on August 6, National Root Beer Float Day when they serve free root beer floats and encourage customers to donate to DAV.
“It is so important that we use a fun event like National Root Beer Float Day to also raise funds for DAV and to call attention to veterans’ issues.”
Kevin Bazner, CEO, A&W All-American Restaurants
